AEZO 6th Annual Meeting ll Latest Ghana Travel advice Updates

We know some of you will travel quite the distance to be at the 6th Annual Meeting and we would like to wish you a safe flight.

Please note that the Government of Ghana introduced the mandatory digitisation of all COVID-19 tests for international air travel, with the implementation of the Trusted Travel Scheme.


Passengers travelling to Ghana are now required to:

  1. undergo a COVID test 72hrs before departure;
  2. Complete an online health declaration form pre-departure via this link :
  3. Create an account at with the same email address and mobile telephone number you give your PCR test provider.
  4. Log on and select check-in;
  5. Select Ghana country or city as your destination;
  6. Upload your test result or certificate by choosing the test taken at a non-TT lab option;
  7. Provide your flight and passport details as requested;
  8. Click save to generate a Travel Code (TC); your TC code is then generated for you to copy or download.


On arrival to Ghana, passengers are also required by the Government of Ghana to:

  1. Wear a face-mask throughout their flight and upon landing in Accra.
  2. Undergo a temperature check on arrival.
  3.  Take a mandatory COVID-19 test at Kotoka International airport. The test is an antigen fluorescent immunoassay test and it will be conducted before baggage is collected at a cost of $150 per passenger. Payment should be made prior to boarding.


The guidelines on the activities and logistics will be sent to you few days before the event.
